Account and Service Information
No email address is required to create an account; simply use a username and password. The registration process does not collect email addresses. Account information is used for authentication, linking subscriptions, and managing permissions. Do not include unrelated personal information in your username or support tickets, or submit passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription links.
To provide plans, verify data usage, and handle after-sales support, this service retains necessary plan status, summarized data usage, order numbers, transaction amounts, and payment results. Text and attachments submitted in support tickets are used to address the relevant request. Usage summaries are used for billing and do not record specific browsing activity.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Information
VPNYP follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through international routes, store browsing histories, browsing content, or DNS queries, or create individual browsing profiles.
Connection start and end times, source addresses, and destination addresses are not retained long-term as personally traceable connection logs. Temporary state needed to maintain an active connection is used only while the connection is being handled and is released when it ends; it is not converted into a history of browsing activity. Troubleshooting uses necessary operational error information and usage summaries; collecting browsing content is not a condition for resolving issues.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and feature usage so we can improve content and investigate page issues. Website analytics and activity within network routes are separate in scope; analytics are not used to identify which websites users visit through those routes.
Cookies and local storage support essential session management, login status, and language preferences. Login credentials may be stored in your local browser, so take care when using shared devices. You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear site data, or delete local storage. After clearing data, you may need to log in again, and some preferences may return to their defaults.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment providers, whose own terms govern their pages and data processing. VPNYP uses necessary order identifiers, payment status, and transaction verification information to confirm receipt, process refunds, and resolve disputes. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords through support tickets.
Information is used and disclosed only as necessary to provide the service, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. Where disclosure is legally required, the basis for the request will be verified and the scope of information provided will be limited. Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order and payment verification records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, provide after-sales support, handle disputes, and meet legal retention obligations. Support tickets and analytics data are retained according to their purposes, then deleted or anonymized when those purposes are fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention. Indefinite retention is not the default.
After logging in, users can request access to, correction or deletion of their information, or account closure through a user panel support ticket. This service will carry out the necessary account verification and explain the outcome. Pending transactions, disputes, or legal obligations may affect the scope of deletion; restricted information will have its use limited and will be handled once the retention reason no longer applies.
Data Protection and Policy Updates
VPNYP limits access to information through access controls and necessary technical safeguards. Users should also protect their account passwords and subscription information, report unusual activity promptly through a support ticket, and avoid publicly sharing screenshots that contain account details.
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Significant changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Please review the current version before using the service.
